| To demonstrate how it is possible even for poor communities to organise and manage quality education for their children. To show how teachers’ performance and motivation can be improved and students’ learning levels raised with little cost if communities come forward to share the responsibility of educating their children. To establish that school can be a place loved and enjoyed by all and that teaching and learning can be fun for both the teachers and the students.
